Forgive me Mr. Holmes if this has already been discussed or is simply deemed  'elementary', but can we deduce that cancelation and/or prohibited public attendance of the PTC will support claims of settlement with the remaining defendents as so indicated by the PACER filings???

And in contrast, can it be reasoned that if the PTC convenes as scheduled and is open for public attendance that the litigants are preparing for trial???

Mr. Holmes, what say you???
