I had not read this before. Thanks for posting it. I find the timing interesting. I guess there are clues to the settlement in there. Anyone have ideas? Do we now have some sort of support system going on with the IP? Do you think the J3 feel a sense of trustworthiness towards us (TPL group)? Is it foreshadowing about future settlements now that this deal with the J3 is done?
