Well the confidentiality of all of this will keep the price from soaring IMO...after the traders have their run I'd expect a pullback till we get an inkling of the $$$$$$$ involved. Even with the Q we may not know for sure, payments could be staggered and when lumped together with the othjer setltements, hard to figure out. What we will need is something from JT to tell us and the "street" at least how we will receive funds. He may not be able to dislcose particulars but he may be able to tell us if it's a one time payment, staggered or even has recurring revenue in the form of royalties...we'll need some of that to sustain a rising price...JMHO
