Not sure the form it would need to take, but I do know the company has a moral and legal obligation to very timely disseminate more info. to ALL stockholdersthan was in the PR this morning. I cannot conceive of a more "material" event than this one, and $$$ should be divulged one way or the other. I've seen this BS before with other BB stocks and it really frosts my ........

Oh well, hopefully Hawk and Hoffman can put together a good strategy....
