That's what they are supposed to do. They are the shareholder reps. If you want to be angry at someone it probably should be Hoffman. I personally believe they are doing everything at this point that they are allowed to do. They are much too good an agency to slow play this unless they are constrained. My guess - TPL is keeping the lid on. Probably a part of the agreement. Be patient - everything in its' own time.
