You have to admit that this lack of PR is a little ridiculous.  WE figured out that this was coming a week ago.  The PR should have been in the hopper - reviewed, approved and ready to go.

Right now I'm hoping that JT is on the phone arguing with Lecy, trying to get approvals for PTSC to announce an aggregate number for proceeds for all settlements and licenses this qtr to date.  One fat number that conceals the settlement numbers.  THAT would be worth waiting for.....

We KNOW that these settlements were achieved, but nobody else does.

Does anyone doubt that PTSC is getting AT LEAST $50M out of this?  That, IMO, is bare bones minimum.  That's better than 12.5 cents per outstanding share!  And right now we're up 7 friggin' cents!

Sorry, just venting my extreme disappointment.

Hopefully that JT/Lecy argument is taking place, and JT will prevail.
