As a result of voluntary dismissal to the 3 defendants, will the case remain open in Texas as to intervenor defendant ARM, Ltd due to the '584 Appeal ?

The case in Texas is OVER. ARM were dismissed pending Appeal Court ruling on the Markman... how long have you been studying Law?
