I think "for now" means for today and maybe the next few, however, additional signings, additional interviews and articles with Turley, and 10Q filing allow many opportunities to add flavor to the settlement news that reveals much without affecting the confidentiality clauses.  For example, Turley can now discuss his M&A strategy in terms that disclose cash resources that allow the market to see the strength of the settlement values.  Also, to keep with prior convention, the 10Q, if I'm not mistaken, will include the receivable from these licenses, even though it's after the quarter covered.  Even if that's not exactly what happens, there will be opportunities for PTSC to display the strength of these settlements (and perhaps the weakness of them) through peripheral discussions, IMO.
