Subsequent Event for Jan. 10Q

Don't know if it has been mentioned, but these settlements will be deemed subsequent events for the quarter ended Nov. 30, so there may be some discussion included in the 10Q we'll get next month. I would not expect much disclosure based on Turley's note today, but perhaps we'll get more than we have now. Just a hopeful thought!
