.. as to why I am not allowed to buy or sell PTSC on-line.  Is anyone having the same problem with ScottTrade, AMTD, or other online brokerage firms?

They absolutely would not give a definitive reason for blocking me even after I insisted multiple times for an explanation and threatened to close my account.  Methinks something fishy is going on.
