Bartender, I needed a serious answer. If we've settled with ALL defendants or just NEC. Then I seen the 2nd PR and other defendants were listed as having settled with a "business relationship". I had never seen this beforew today.

NO disrespect Tomb, but it was a serious answer. We've settled with all three and have 4 cents in gain to show for it. There will be no discussion about it as per JT's press release which I won't bother to re-post as I am sure you will find it.

In all reallity it could be very good news and we are just temporary victims of an NDA. But perception is reality some one once said and for many that don't take the time that we here do the perception is building that this is going nowhere for a number of reasons and unless the parade of new licensees starts promptly at 9:30 tomorrow morning then PTSC will be able to buy back shares at a very economical price !
