I've written to Ephraim Schwartz asking that he correct this error. It might help if others wrote to him as well. ephraim_schwartz@infoworld.com; letters@infoworld.com

This error could have had an impact on the PPS move today.

"Few companies, if any, remain to settle with Patriot and TPL."
