Considering there is NO guarantee to the timing of the USPTO decision, how could Turley then state in his note that we'll know the numbers in the the April financials?  He can't state that for sure, if the numbers weren't resolved, and by resolved, I mean not pending any other action.  Compensation was granted in exchange for the granting of rights under the MMP portfolio.
