I agree totally.  I object to the fact that PTSC has not issued this press release itself and included PTSC in the title.  I hope that it is a temporary thing, and that they, as you suggest, plan on a release for tomorrow.  Based on JT's letter, it's implicit that they won't, but I hope that just as you say, the opposite can hold true, just because it's implicit, doesn't preclude it from being explicit.
