jumping out at me is the phrase, All parties are pleased with the business resolution of their dispute and will be voluntarily dismissing their Texas and California lawsuits.. Maybe I don't understand legalese, but why do they say they are pleased with the business resolution of their dispute, rather than the legal resolution. It seems to hint that somehow they are going into business in some way. Not that this would be a bad thing, but it just seemed to be a strange read each time I came to that part. Maybe it reads that way because no legal decision was rendered, but it doesn't give the flavor of why we were in court, especially since this was Patriot's press release. Does anyone else find it a funny way to say we just kicked some major arse in Texas??
I'm a bit disappointed in today's SP. Maybe this kind of PR helped take the shine off the day.
