Well then why didn't they say "license deal". They say that every time a license is purchased. That would at least indicate, to anyone who reads the PR, that we made some kind of a money deal. A business deal doesn't have to include money. It can be a barter deal, an advertising deal, (you put my ads in your store and I'll put your ads in mine) etc.
Not trying to be agrumentative, just seems like strange language for a money settlement.
