If Turleys letter came out before 9am-- result???

Just... curious.. i wonder what effect would Turleys letter to the shareholders affected the pps had the it come out pre-market.

I see some investors/traders getting upset chasing this morning...only to be hit with that letter.......

Why didnt PTSC release that letter earlier?? would we have traded as high as .94 or dropped back to the .70s???

Just throwing it out there...since we wont have much to discuss for awhile...lol
