I realized the millions we are dealing with here and no way of addressing. There have been numerous signings and with the trial removed, something must occur at some point. Our fiscal year ends in June, right? but does our tax year end December 31?

I have questions on this and other areas that require a new shareholder letter. You have already explained that the most recent settlement is confidential. However, we need to know how in the grand scheme of things, the money collected is going to be dealt with?Some royalties may be deferred or whatever but prior to any settlement you stated there was tens of millions to allocate. This is a burning question that needs to be answered in a simplistic vague way if necessary.
