One way to tell the value of the Matsushita Settlement

In their last 6K SEC filing, they listed a legal reserve fund of 90.02B yen, the equivalent of $794M. As they seem to issue 6K's on a more frequent basis, we may find a decrease in their legal reserve that should reflect at least in part, their settlement with PTSC. The last one reflected financial info thru Sept 30, so the next will probably cover to Dec 31, and be filed in January.
