That assumes any change in the reserve pertains only to the MMP without regard to other additions or subtractions to the reserve due to other litigation matters. I would not necessarily want to rely on that, but you are barking up the right tree to some degree.

Note - Browns are now high atop the AFC North along with that other team down the turnpike.
