I am glad that others can not (legally anyways) take advantage of the info. that is not public knowledge. But after seeing todays volume I would seriously question insider trading. I may be a bit naive :)
Would it be possible......this way out there everyone (be easy on me); I been racking the little brain that I have on the terms of the settlements (or whatever you prefer) and the secrecy. A big what if?
What if the J's said okay one of our term is no dollar amount shall be mentioned.... so that we may purchase shares of ptsc until it is required by sec. With this thought, the J's can buy shares at a discount until let say april and then when the quarterly's are out with huge dollar amount in the coiffers...............well I told it is way out there.
Oh I forgot no insider trading. :)
