Not sure if this has been discussed. Probably has and I missed it. Since IMO, I have to believe that at least one of the remaining 400 + infringers will not want to purchase a license therefore requiring we take them to court, is the Markman transferable? Meaning, if we file suit against another company for infingement of the "336 or "148, IYO can we use the markman ruling in any new case in any venue, or de we go through the markman process again? Sent this question to an attorney, but figured I would ask you as well. Thanks in advance.
