why on earth do you think PTSC got nil (cant believe you got 4 thumbs for that dribble) ... that is NOT a settlement - you can do much better than that IMO.

So, you are now saying that after suing for hundreds of million dollars, TPL/PTSC are pleased that they settled for NIL!!!?

The question was directed to Poker MVP, who was suggesting that the case was dismissed on the basis that the Defendants paid no compensation(temporarily)to PTL/PTSC.

I've always found it useful to read a post in it's entirety before making observations, but I do thank you for your suggestions and observations which, strange as it may seem, I tend to agree with.
