The exact wording of the release was authored and approved by TPL and NEC and TPLand MEI + Toshiba

This was not a PTSC and PTSC I believe is restricted from issuing any release 

Perhaps will see some "Earnings Guidance"  for the fiscal year based on current and projected settlment/license income.

That would in no way tell the tale but  appease shareholders.

Again my  time frame is March  for when I believe we will see the big runup.  If we slide back to the 60's or consolidate and build a string base in any range I'll look to buy more or at least make trade.

But as the S/L warrants and J5,4,3,2.5,2, are all removed BARRING a PTO rejection of the 336 I think we have smooth sailing ahead.
