These guys are all probably calling it a vacation starting today.....so do nto expect anything until after the new year in terms of news and pr. Certainly a demoralizing result(so far) for settling such an enormous patent infringement case. Someone said we won cause they settled. Confidentiality certainly shows J3 strength in negotiations. Now someone tell me it is a good buying opportunity. ba humbug
