but that has nothing to do with the way ptsc is being evaluated as a public company.  i dont see how if this news cannot instill investor confidence that to wait for another ruling will then do the trick.....this one trick pony has had several hurdles and they have all been successfully jumped......yet we trade down.

The lack of visibility or any words to the public via a pr by Mr Turley ....i think the market is telling us what they think of ptsc has a public growth vehicle.
