Just transferred four accounts from Etrade to TD Ameritrade. Etrade was intransigent. They would not explain why they required all orders on PTSC to go through a broker or when that restriction might be lifted. Obviously this makes transactions much more cumbersome. I guess when you are losing billions losing a few Platnium accounts is trivial. I am angry at their arrogance and ignorance. Ironically, this is customer appreciation day at Etrade.
