I do not know the answer; there certainly is a duty to disclose material events, and PTSC had one yesterday. I have seen this BS before with other BB stocks. The fundamental issue is which takes precedence legally: SEC disclosure rules, or contractual disclosure restrictions? I think I know what the SEC would say...perhaps our board lawyers can comment?
