UVAgrad...well this is what they filed...an 8K when the case had an action back in June...so I'm assuming that all they have to do is file another 8k that says it was settled...

On June 18, 2007, Patriot Scientific Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing certain results in the case of Technology Properties Ltd. and Patriot Scientific Corporation vs. Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd., et al., civil action no. 2:05-CV-494 (TJW) in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Note they have not had to file with the SEC on any of the other settlements they made so far in an 8K So following that line they shouldn't have to do so in this case either other than maybe one that says it was settl;ed out of court
