1.We don't have to go to trial.

 Con's.

1."Business Solution" why not "Settlement, also "Grant" why not "License", this would then read more like all the other settlements?

IMO, it does smell like TPL cut a deal more favorable to them then to PTSC, I hope I'm wrong and must  say this is pure speculation but without facts this is where we are. Markets hate Uncertainty. Someone please claifiy with the facts! ASAP JT
