The April financials may not be "huge" if I can presume you mean one lump sum will be evident in the April quarterly. The deal may have been structured in such a way that payments are spread out over the year or over several years etc.

If it is to be $400 million for TPL and PTSC to split over 5 years for example, would you be upset? That would just be shown as (400MM/5yrs/2-expenses/4) or $10,000,000 (minus expenses) for the quarter in such a deal. Would you head for the exits if that were the case? It still is huge money and as good as banked coming from Toshiba, Matsushita and NEC. No risk there. So are people gonna be outraged when they don't see somewhere in the neighborhood of nine figures in the April Q? I think it would be naive to expect that kind of number all in one chunk. JMO
