JT IS responsible for this company's performance. I'm not holding him 'directly' accountable for the SP but come on you are going to put that on the judge. What the ?? are we paying JT to do if not … wait for it. .... the same thing expected from EVERY other CEO - INCREASE shareholder value.
HOW has he increased shareholder value? I'm not talking SP per say. Now don't go on about how he's bought back shares or retired xxx. Any increase from those efforts is already reflected in the SP (which by the way is down). Bottom line, sticking to the facts, not hopes or speculation, where is the increase in share holder value?
CEO's by definition move a company. Look at Rogers from CY. He gets out there and beats the drum. HE MOVES that company and oh BTW – HE moves its SP.
IMHO we are not holding JT feet near enough to the fire. He talks a good talk to us at the ASM but what about the non-believers? Performance matters. All the noon-disclosure stuff with this 'settlement' stinks to high heaven!! We've been hoodwinked!!
