Remember the joint motion to stay? Price $0.44

It was speculated that the reason was to agree settlement terms.

Approximately 13million shares were traded during the immediate period, ALL at under $0.57.

No numbers were released yesterday, as anticipated by some, but expected by others.

Can anyone join the dots, please?
