2ndmail - I've thought about this more  - call me foolish but I have to believe that Turley has been totally gagged - as I think you've alluded.  What happened to his monthly (or was it quarterly) shareholder letters? 

I have to think that this whole thing was handled the way it was for a very good reason.  It was handled so poorly that even a total neophite wouldn't screw it up that bad.  This was probably the biggest most important event in PTC's history - I just can't imagine it was handled this way without a good reason.  TPL might be worried that the J-3 would turn around an sue us for breaching the agreement if we issue "any" type of PR so close to the settlement date.  I can understand why they may be acting so conservative.
