Which is it. He IS responsible for the share price being where it is because of his tenure as CEO, or he's NOT responsible for the things that have been accomplished during his tenure as CEO.

I don't think you can have it both ways. If you want to blame him for the last 6 months, then give him the credit for the last 6 months actions as well. There's no one else there to give it to.
