Non-Disclosure Settlement

IMHO I think TPL/PTSC knew full well what they were doing when agreeing to a "non-disclosure" settlement. TPL/PTSC realized, or knew the financial community would react negatively to the lack of financial information and the resultant PPS run-up and collapse.

This can only mean that the J3's paid substantially for the "non-disclosure" and that PTSC was willing too accept the short-term PPS results because the longer term financial benefits that will accrue to PTSC are more important with the J3"s settlement and future positive affect on PPS.
