IMHO I believe the J3's agreed they were in fact infringing the PTSC patents. Certainly the J3's questioned the patent validity (PTO is now deciding that question)and certainly that would be a reason for PTSC to want a non-disclosure, however, PTSC strongly believes in the vadility of their patents (borne-out by 25 sign-ons) , so I don't think consideration weighted heavily on the non-disclosure decision aspect of settlement.

IMHO this settlement further strenghtened/enhanced the PTSC financial position going forward and there would be nothing in settlement language that would deter TPL from fully expecting the remaining infringers to sign-on. Think about it, the J3's most certainly don't want competitors not paying an infringement fee for use of TPL/PTSC patents.

IMHO we'll begin to read numerous announcements (once current smoke clears) regarding mergers, acquisitions, patent fee sign-ons, and other positive news. Keep in mind that JT has been president now for about six months , so he has to get some significant business ventures under his belt soon so PTSC has a solid record established long before JT first year anniversary.

I don't believe PTSC has any negative internal issues that would impact PPS, so the future should be very positive.

The current PPS volatility is being caused by the MM manipulators playing on the greed/fear emotions of their ivestors .
