Do you feel that this is the reason the term"Granted" was used?

I still wonder why the wording is different than our other agreements. Perhaps their lawyers saw something different than the other "licensees". After all, we are "granted" a patent because it's use is conditional upon a period of time.The plot just thickens all the time.

I wish they would take the time to explain all the little details since there impact can be quite significant.
