Sure, we have to be careful with information of settlement amounts as there are still 370 companies out on the market to licens the MMP.

However, a guideline in which category the amounts will be would be very helpful for the share holders. Why not just give a hint like >5 mio.$, >10 mio.$ etc. Those are hints and other infrigers won't know the exact number till the SEC-filing.
