As a repost , in part, from yesterday, this IMO is what needs to happen post haste. There's nothing we can do about NDA...it is what it is and we have to abide by the agreement when it comes to disclosing monetary info. We also have to live with the lack of PR about PTSC and what we've just accomplished here...and none of us....long timer or short timer, pusher or basher, would have bet a single penny that our stock would be ...DOWN ALMOST 40%...from the high of 94 cents...

So what do we do now, what can be accomplished within the NDA and still get a good word on the "STREET"...as I posted yesterday...

The April 15th report and the one in Jan will do us no good unless there is some projection before then of EPS...at least on a yearly basis. We know they can't spell out the monetary details of the settlement and by April 15th there will be the J's settlement in the numbers along 3 or 4 other signings...it will be impossible to tell individual monetary settlements, or even if they are yearly or monthly or quarterly in payment terms.

What will bring this stock price back is a forecast by Turley, and the sooner the better. We cannot wait till April to discern numbers...but... he can give guidelines to the market of what he and BOD expect to earn per share. that keeps monetary individual numbers still private and yet tells the world what we expect to earn and have in cash. This I beleive is within the NDA and will be the only thing, short of an acqusition, that will move us steadily upward. Otherwise we will see this "yo-yo'ing" of our PPS with only the traders and MM's making out...and that IMO is just unfair to those of us who have owned and supported the company through this testing period.
