A big or even a medium dollar settlement of this court case (known $ amounts) would have helped gain credible $'s from future licensees,,,,,,,,,,,but , what figure do they have now to go on? first time settlement $. More and More companies would have settled quicker (IMO) if they saw first hand the consequences, Well , they didn't see anything, SO We have and agreement , to them it is a So What. They may even be thinking that they could buy time until forced into it by being sued themselves, then they can make some sort of Business Deal.  The way the news came out hurt us for future deals, IMO.   We need to keep suing until we get our scape goat that will show what happen if they wait and not go ahead and settle. Darn Shame. Lost Potential , smaller offers coming in from them companies on the fence.

We need to sue some more big names and move on. I feel much better about our patents , but I believe our best interest was not to give into a NDA , we need to set a good example. We don't want a world full of Sonys slapping us on the back and shaking our hands.
