TPL is out to make the greatest profit off the MMP.  That is in our best interest.

I agree 100% that they are profit oriented to the maximum but what you fail to realize is that they want our profits as well. They are trying to skin us alive and we must be aware of their hidden agenda. This fiasco this week is 100% TPL driven. They made the deal and guess who is suffering the consequences: not 1 person associated with the internal TPL firm.

What was the size of the settlement? Time will tell. OK, maybe tell is not the right word.  Time will indicate.

I vote for a slow steady climb rather than a sharp spike and a roller coaster ride.

Your vote is hurting PTSC. It is not in our best interests to continue jumping from a 30% or so gain to a 20% loss within days. It destroys the initiative of an investor to further invest. This move is only good for the guys like Swartz that have almost nothing invested per share when they sell but 5000% gain when it is completed.

I hope we can see a settlement or two before year end.  I am sure that we will not see$ 3 a share.  Oh well, wrong again.  But, I only have to be right when ut's time to sell.

With the PTO behind us, the share price should be $5. With no news until April, we now have a 4 month wait on our hands with the danger of private takeover at the time TPL seems to be ripe for the picking. That is when you will be forced to sell at the price they deem worthy.
