The reverse would be great but it will never happen because I think TPL like many private companies does not want to answer to a Board or to a group of angry shareholders. They also want to keep everyone in the dark. They are very happy with their present arrangement.

Jim Turley is probably not pleased with his present situation but the Leckrones are drinking champagne and loving every minute of it with no cares at all preparing for wonderful holiday period before going back to work and making millions more for the firm. You can't blame them. They have played their cards perfectly and we again are on the outside looking in at the festivities. What I thought would be our greatest day was turned to jack schitt by the legal beagles of TPL and our greatest screw job, Eric Swartz. What else can I say. They are the reason you and I writing here saying, "what just happened?"

The last laugh will, unfortunately, not be on them.
