You make statements like the following:

And you expect me to respect your posts? Basically YOU are stating....I don't know how much we settled for, and I was not part of the negotiation process therefore have no clue of the particulars of the agreement, nor do I have a clue as to where we stand in the USPTO reexam, and ya know what, I am not even sure how the pending patent reform legislation is going to play out.....BUT....I believe we should have moved forward with litigation because we are tied to a NDA and can't talk about the case. Yup, makes a lot of sense. As YOU have stated, maybe Santa will give me something to take away my smart a$$ mouth, well I will send Santa a note and ask him to give you a brain!
