With NDA'S would not the co's that he would be talking to also have to sign one...........From what i have read we can expect the Q in april to be written in a unnamed foreign language...........Honestly i have no idea how a CO reports on an M&A..................Since it appears we will never know who payed what as the settlement will be burried with other settlements, why should this hold us back from buying out another co..........Thanks....
