anfd last I checked Swarcz is a shareholder.

None of us got the deal he got but none of us put up millions into a therorecticlaly

bancrupt company with no money to hire lawyers.

Had swarcz not put up its money my 4 centys would have been worth zreo

So what you'resuggesting is simply not true
