I feel the same way.If the shoe were on the other foot, the J's would have blasted Pr headlines all over the place. An example would be the dis-information ARMHY was spewing after the 584 Markman ruling.

I am also starting to  believe our legal team out maneuvred the J's in regard to the validity issue. Which I still feel was the last sticking point. Originally I thought the issue was solely that of the USPTO, but later informed that the court could decide that issue also. An unfavorable ruling for J's with the USPTO could not be appealed, with the court it could be. Also with the USPTO deciding the issue they can't argue their case, with the court they could. We have a very, very strong advantage with the way things are. I think we are in a great position.

I can understand why some are frustrated with the latest developements with the share price. It does seem to be a never ending saga with the same old ending. But our day will come.
