Teh STREET don't care who PTSC is and don;t really wish to waste their timefinding out

PTSC is a hotbed of uncertainty and teh STREET HATES UNCERTAINTY

 That is why we have an opportunity to purchase at sub 1 dollar.

 Later when the STREET starts to give the OK to buy  it will be too late.

 Of course we can simply REVERSE SPLIT 1:100 clear out the riff raff and

dog and pony the comapny to investment managers and trade at 1000 dollars per share but that's not in the works
