...and being on the NASDAQ is supposed to solve this problem HOW?

 

I'm not being sarcastic, I've seen many a NASDAQ stock close then open around 50% of its previous close the next day.

 

How would being on NASDAQ help other than we would at least be at $5.00 per share (good from here) and institutions would be able to buy?

I think we would still see manipulation (bad) but at least at much higher prices than we have now (good).
