As you can read in my last post, Swartz only has approval rights in the case of an acquisition, I doubt he has any consulting "right".

He has to run his own business and IF he finds an interesting company, which could not only be interesting for him to invest, but also for Patriot, then it might be possible, that he informs Turley about it, but nothing more IMO.

BTW, interesting coincidence that we won't see the numbers of the J3 fees until mid April and six weeks later Swartz is out of the picture...like I said months ago: June/July 08 could be the time, when Patriot might step to a serious exchange...
